The customer requested a realistic large-sized onahole, but also wanted a lightweight and convenient option. They also expressed interest in a smaller, cute option. As a result, the manufacturer requested their craftsperson to create a medium-sized torso-shaped onahole that would meet the customer's needs. The design was inspired by the anime character Nagisa Ikuno, with a slightly flexible texture. The front part features a W-shaped fold that wraps around the penis, while the folds on the sides rub against the shaft and glans for an enjoyable experience that can be enjoyed every day.
