The SATISFYER Yoni Power 2 set consists of three different sized balls that you can use to progressively train your pelvic floor. Compared to other Kegel balls, the Yoni Power 2 is not just about weight! As a Yoni Power 2 beginner, you can start with the largest and heaviest ball (3cm diameter, 73g) and work your way up from medium (2.5cm diameter, 46g) to the smallest and lightest (2cm diameter, 22g ). Just like running, the more you continue to train the pelvic floor muscles, the tighter the muscles will be, and you will eventually be able to hold the smallest diameter ball. If you do these pelvic floor exercises on a regular basis, you'll notice results in no time -- and so will your loved one. Your partner will enjoy a stronger sensation during vaginal intercourse as your muscles are strengthened. You can also use SATISFYER balls if you want to strengthen your pelvic floor or prevent bladder weakness after childbirth. WARNING: Keep the product away from children.
